Because we are sensitive to the environment, we are committed to producing eco-designed candles!
We only use vegetable rapeseed wax produced in Europe without GMOs or pesticides.
Our wicks are cotton with a paper core and do not contain lead.
We have chosen to use only EU-made, recyclable or reusable glass containers. Here, no aluminum or containers made across the Atlantic.
Our shipping boxes are recycled and recyclable. Whenever possible we reuse used boxes because we believe that what interests you most is the contents of the package, not the shipping box. Your candles are wedged using recycled, recyclable and biosourced kraft, no plastic with us!
The fragrances we use are made in France in Grasse by experienced master perfumers.
You have the option of choosing to receive your candle in a fabric gift bag handcrafted in our workshop, in order to limit unnecessary production.
Finally, all our products are vegan and not tested on animals
For you
Each candle is poured by hand, one by one, in our workshop in the south of France, in the Gard. We therefore take particular care in each of our creations.
Your order is prepared in 24 to 48 hours for products in stock, because we know that we are always impatient to receive our packages when we order on the internet!
We also take care to pack your orders well so that everything goes well during transport.
If despite everything you notice a problem (defective item, broken, etc.), do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Available and responsive, there will always be someone to answer you as soon as possible!
For your health
Our perfumes are free of CMR (Carcinogenic, mutagenic and toxic substances for reproduction) and phthalates.
Our essential oils are organic and carefully selected so as not to be harmful during combustion. They adhere to the Cosmébio ® charter
Both comply with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards.
Finally, to provide you with the best possible support, you receive a user guide and safety instructions with each of your candles.
